How to return your Streamlight for servicing

1. On a piece of paper, please write down the following:

  • Your Name
  • Shipping Address
  • Telephone Number
  • A brief description of the problem

2. Box up your Streamlight product(s), including the paper with your shipping address and contact information, and ship it to:

3. If your Streamlight product is under warranty, all necessary work will be done and the item returned to you at the shipping address you provided.

4. If your Streamlight product is not under warranty, we will contact you by telephone and provide an estimate for the work.
